No, I haven't kill any animals, it's a puppy for my godchild.
I saw this wonderful-looking shop when I was having a walk today. I had bought knitting needles couple days ago (I have almost two weeks left before my college starts and n o t h i n g to do, except watching recorded movies - yesterday saw absolutely a fantastic film, called "The Empire of the Sun". Just amazing movie, gotta say - and I _have_seen_ a film or two. I can write more about moving pictures some day.) but not a single ball of yarn.
So I bought two balls white, two balls wine-brown. My godchild's name is Aleksandra, which means "the guardian" or "the protector" - that's the reason why I deciced to knit a puppy for her this christmas. Last year I made her a beautiful white-pink woolen socks with small heart and crown decorations (with prrretty lace sleeves). That's because I thought Aleksandra's such a royal name, modified from Aleksanteri (Eng. Alexander).
So the main idea of this text was (that Ansku asked me to finally write something when I've been here in Birmingham, for god's sake, a whole week now) that I personally think presents - and actually everything you do - can have a whole new meaning, if you have something under the outfit. As a matter of fact, while writing this I just remembered one picture that I made long ago. I could post it to here some rainy day and try to open this text's idea little bit more.
By the way, "Alejandro" has as long as always been one of my favourite music videos.
